AED Equipment

AED's are designed for people exhibiting symptoms of cardiac arrest, making earlier intervention possible. Most AED's will safely monitor the victim and advise whether a shock is necessary. After the person is successfully defibrillated, the electrodes can remain attached to continuously monitor the person during transport into the ambulance or to the hospital.
